Dr. Shruti Narain is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Patna University with extensive teaching and research experience. She has received ICSSR research grants, authored two books, and developed more than 11 psychological scales, among which 9 have been published by NPC. She is also associated with international professional bodies such as the APA and actively contributes to the field of psychological research and assessment.

Dr. Sanjay Singh is a distinguished psychologist, leadership trainer, and author with more than 35 years of experience across the Indian Air Force, CRPF, the United Nations, and academia. He is a UGC NET qualifier (99.968 percentile) and has served as a former Guest Faculty at DEI. His areas of expertise include psychology, statistics, research methodology, and practical, high-impact learning.

Dr. Ketan Dahya Rabhadia holds a Ph.D. and an MMS from the prestigious University of Mumbai, along with additional Master’s degrees including an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from IGNOU and a PGDCH from Charusat University. With more than eight years of combined industry and academic experience, he has worked with Capgemini, IIFL, and VIVA IMR MBA School.
Dr. Rabhadia has been recognized with the Maharashtra State Level Best Pedagogy Innovation Award and several Best Paper Awards. His research contributions include two published patents, multiple copyrights, and more than 50 publications in ISSN and ISBN journals. He has also held important academic leadership roles such as Assistant Professor, Placement Head, Research Co-Convener, NAAC Criteria 7 Head, ICP Resident, and Journal Editor, demonstrating strong leadership in teaching, research, and institutional development.

Dr. Ravi Shankar AV is a highly experienced psychology professional with more than 30 years of experience in academia, training, and industry. He currently serves as Professor of Psychology at Alliance University and has previously led psychology departments at CMR University and MS Ramaiah College.
He has published extensively and presented at both national and international forums. An NLP Master Practitioner and TESOL-accredited behavioural skills coach, Dr. Ravi Shankar AV has received several prestigious recognitions including the Global Achievers Award (2022) and the USTAD Award from the Indian Air Force. He also serves on the editorial board of an international journal and holds memberships in major professional organizations including APA, IARA, TPA, WFMH, and AIMA.

He has taught statistics to a wide range of learners, from first-year students to research scholars, and is known for his practical, relatable, and interactive teaching style. Dr. Singh also emphasizes the practical application of statistics in research. A former Guest Faculty at Dayalbagh Educational Institute, he has published seven research papers, including three in SCOPUS-indexed journals.
